How do you achieve more momentum in your career?  The answer is simple but it does require disciplines.  You probe the market for new people, properties, and opportunities; that will be with investors, property owners, business owners, and developers.  That takes plenty of outbound calls every day and new meetings to be created. 

What tools can you use for that?  Technology is your friend in this.  Use your mobile phone as the ‘tool of choice’ in growing contacts and relationships. 

Make more outbound calls from your lists and your research.  It's not hard, but it is something that takes a lot of discipline at a personal level.  Grow your business from your daily disciplines, your actions, and your researched information.
