In commercial real estate there are plenty of clients to talk to each day. The same can be said for prospective clients.  It is the conversation and connection process in real estate that provides the listing opportunity. 

The marketing strategy you employ as a commercial real estate agent today must be tailored to the individual property, the market, and your expertise.  It's far easier for you to win listings when you're clear and consistent across all three messages.

Every listing presentation is going to be competitive, we all know that.  You will have to compete with other agents for whatever listing you want to sell or lease.  

The client may have already made a decision or shortlist of agents before you make your final presentation and pitch.  Therefore, you need top-notch marketing ideas and presentation techniques.  You need to differentiate yourself from the pack as the top candidate for this agent position. That is what marketing is all about.
